Systems Support Coordinator Appointed Cricket Victoria’s I.T Department recently welcomed Systems Support Coordinator David Bourke. David is currently completing a Bachelor of Business in Sport and Leisure Management at La Trobe University and has been involved at his local club in a variety of roles from player to Vice President as well as coaching. He has extensive knowledge and experience across the Club system. David will be providing Associations with the support and training required to roll out MyCricket for season 2008/2009.
One of the benefits of MyCricket is that Cricket Australia will be providing first level “Help Desk” support via an online ticket system and phone support number. This will allow David to focus on assisting Associations and Clubs to use the system to its fullest potential.
